Stopping is not part of our vocabulary. There is always something to do. And we are always working on continuously improving the structures in our company and the quality of our products. This is why we once again decided to invest a large sum of money wisely in 2020.
In order to use the new storage area as best as possible, we made it possible to implement a modular system based on essential assemblies last year. Multiple components of the same type can now be procured in greater quantities so as to be able to respond to order situations more flexibly.
The production processes for individual components are being transformed from single-item production operations to small-scale production operations instead, and inventory management is being adjusted in line with the new conditions and integrated into the new merchandise planning and control system.
As part of a new project, a test bed that will be used for the optimal selection of discs for tubular drag chain conveyors is currently being developed.
This will make it possible to test an extremely wide variety of materials for use in discs with the relevant bulk material.
