Tubular drag chain conveyors

  • Virtually free of dead zones
  • Low grain destruction
  • 3D line layouts
  • Vertical conveyance
  • Low power consumption
  • Dust-ignition-proof
  • Straightforward material changes
  • No intermediate storage required
  • Bulk material can be conveyed in two directions at the same time

About screw conveyors

The principle of operation behind screw conveyors uses the Archimedes screw, which enables the conveyors to move material horizontally, vertically, and at an angle. They are somewhat limited to relatively short conveying distances, as the screw conveyor’s design-inherent trough friction means that the power required to drive them is significantly higher than that required for belt conveyors and bucket elevators.

This also means that screw conveyors are ill-suited to conveying sticky, heavily caking, lumpy, or sensitive bulk materials.

Always ready.

We know, what your bulk material need.
